Interest is paid on a quarterly basis and payment will be remitted to an account of your choice.  In our investor portal you will be able to designate and change your desired payment account.

REICI only lends against Real Estate located in the United States, however, we accept investors from all over the world. 

Global Bond investors enjoy the benefit of the IRS Portfolio Interest Rule, meaning non-US citizens will not be subject to US income tax.  

All Bond Investors are subject only to the Tax requirements of their home country.

Currently we only offer bonds with 15 year terms.  That may change in the future but for now all of our products have a 15 year hold period.

REICI is exploring multiple different liquidity options for this investment but investors should plan to hold these bonds to maturity in the event a liquidity vehicle is not established.  We are also exploring several, yet to be determined, periods at which investors can cash out early.  

Your interest rate is locked in when you purchase your bonds.  If rates go up and you hold your bonds to maturity there is no value change.  If you decide to sell your bonds early then your bond value may be subject to the value the market dictates, which would be subject to interest rate fluctuations.

Yes it is possible that a property is sold before bond maturity, in which case the proceeds from the sale would be reinvested into another property. 

When you invest in one of our Bonds, your interest payments are backed by the entire portfolio of properties we lend against.  

REICI is willing to lend to any real estate investor in the market but we have a dedicated relationship with REI Capital Growth, our sister company.  REICI is the primary debt source to that entity which gives REICI a unique opportunity to have a tremendous deal flow with minimal competition.
